The very first day of the trip involves our annual visit to the town of Stowe. To get to Stowe we drive through the scenic Smugglers' Notch. It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We just love all the little shops and the scenery. Our favorite little shop is Stowe Mercantile. You can find books and great little treasures. When we are done shopping at this shop, we grab a coffee and some of their wonderful cookies. YUMMY!
Once we are done visiting Stowe, we usually drive up to Boyden Valley Winery to pick up some wine. We just love their Riverbend Red and their Cranberry Wine.

We spend the rest of our stay at the Resort, enjoying the scenery, hiking, walking, playing mini putt, playing disc-golf, playing at the park, Fun Zone and swimming at the indoor swimming pool. It's just the perfect relaxing family vacation you could ask for.

Ema's Hole in One!!
This photo makes me laugh soooo much! Ema is about to get the golf ball in her face and if you look closely, you should be able to see why else it makes me laugh.... look at Ema closely.

It seems that you had a very good time there! And great place. Unfortunately we do not celebrate Thanksgiving here in Greece. We have to wait until Christmas!
