Feature Post - Brag About It

Glasses USA - Virtual Mirror Fun

Do you wear glasses? I don't but I've always wanted to know what I would look like with some. All my family members wear glasses (my parents and my sisters) even my hubby does. I feel like an outcast!

GlassesUSA.com has this awesome little feature called Try-it Mirror. It's a virtual mirror which allows you to try on some glasses. This is what it looks like:

To use Try-It Mirror you upload a photo of yourself (or you can use one of their stock photos). You then select the eyeglasses frames (which there's a HUGE selection of) you would like to try on and then you click on Try it On. Pretty easy right?

Interested in seeing what I would look like with some eyeglasses? What do you think? Pretty neat feature right?

I really LOVED this feature. I'm going to take a photo of my hubby and play around with it. He's due for some new glasses and he loves to buy everything online so he'll be quite happy when I tell him he can buy his glasses online too! There's just something nice about shopping online, there's no rush no pressure.. just shop the way you please.

Product Review - Kids Email

Has your child been asking you for their own email account and you've been hesitant to say yes? Then, Kids Email is the perfect solution for your family.

My eldest daughter is 7 and she was SUPER excited when I told her that she had her own email address. Before telling her, I went in the Parent section and configured all the safety settings I wanted. I also added contacts in her contact list. I was really impressed with all the safety settings. My daughter and I logged into her account and selected the template for her mail account. She picked out the Princess template.

She's now sending and receiving emails. She's quite proud of that. And honestly, I just LOVE receiving cute little ''I love you Mommy'' emails that she sends me.

I really like KidsEmail.org. It has lots of safety options for me and simple enough for my daughter to use. I think the only thing I would maybe have enjoyed, was a spell-check option... HOWEVER maybe with that option my daughter would become lazy with her spelling knowing that the program with fix them for her.

When things aren't going my way and I am down the hubby always takes me out for one of my favorite foods. Mud Pie Mojo at Cold Stone, Sushi at Toshi's, Royal Red Robin Burger at Red Robin, or Lobster Nachos at Catalina Fish Kitchen. Yummmm, now I am hungry.

What's your typical Tuesday morning?
It usually starts with hitting the snooze button 2-3 times... jumping in the shower, running out the door with wet hair, sitting in traffic on my way to work and barely arriving at 7:30 AM... lets be honest, this is every weekday for me.

What is your favorite source of entertainment?
Doing something crafting... except that I haven't seemed to have the time in forever! I usually end up hanging out with my neighbors instead and by the time I get home its time for bed so that I can over sleep and rush off to work the next day!
